F.I.S.H. Faith In Serving Humanity Faith in Serving Humanity (F.I.S.H.) is a Christian outreach ministry sponsored by various churches in Walton County. Conceived by the local ministerial association as a way to respond to the truly needy in the community, F.I.S.H. operates as a nonprofit charity with 501 (c) (3) status, making all donations tax-deductible. CLC Christian Learning Center The Walton County Christian Learning Center (CLC) is a nonprofit, tax exempt, SACS CASI accredited school with locations adjacent to Loganville High School, Monroe Area High School, Walnut Grove High School, and Youth Middle School where elective courses based on Biblical principles are taught.
Through CLC classes, students are taught Christian concepts like honoring parents and respecting authority at all levels, purity before marriage, developing trust-bond friendships, living a life of integrity, and being a leader like Moses, Esther, David, Joshua, Nehemiah and Paul. Pregnancy Resource Center of Walton County At PRC of Walton we offer practical, compassionate ways to remove the barriers that cause women to choose abortion and provide the opportunity for every woman to make positive choices for herself and for her unborn children. PRC of Walton also provides pregnancy support through medical referrals, parenting classes, and material aid through the Earn While You Learn program. We also provide information on adoption for clients who want to carry their child, but aren’t ready to parent.
Walton County Citizen Corps Council The Walton County Citizen Corps Council is a recognized Citizen Corps Council under the federal Citizen Corps program. "The mission of Citizen Corps is to harness the power of every individual through education, training, and volunteer service to make communities safer, stronger, and better prepared to respond to the threats of terrorism, crime, public health issues, and disasters of all kinds."
